SHIPPING & RETURNS
THE PAW PAW EVERLAST LABEL COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Included - Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a physical address when possible. There is no additional charge for shipping to locations within the contiguous United States.
International Orders - We do accept International orders, however, due to the more complex shipping rate structure, please e-mail us your order and address, and we will calculate your best possible shipping rates. Please know that you will be responsible for duties and taxes charged by your country.
Preferred Carrier – If you would like your parcel shipped by a specific carrier, simply contact us by email or phone after placing your order so we can discuss your shipping options.
Expedited Delivery – Although we are very responsive and quick to fulfill orders, we understand that in certain circumstances time may be of the essence. Should you need a parcel expedited (overnight, next day, etc…), simply contact us by email or phone after placing your order, and we will discuss your shipping options and the extra fees involved.
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges, refunds, or credit towards new purchases on unused, resalable product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Your refund amount will equal the value of the unused product minus our cost for the original shipment.
