OUR REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you place an order and then decide that you want to cancel the order, we will refund your entire payment if you contact us prior to the shipment of your order. If, however, you decide that you do not want the product after we have shipped the order; we will refund the entire amount minus the cost we incurred sending it to you. If you cancel the order after we have shipped it to you; you are responsible for shipping it back to us in its entirety and are responsible for all such costs involved. You can refuse the package prior to opening it (at the time of delivery) most shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, etc..) generally not charge you to send it back.
We do offer exchanges, refunds, or credit towards new purchases on unused, resalable product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Your refund amount will equal the value of the unused product minus our cost for the original shipment.
