These K: Tie-on Labels are considered seconds because the finish is sub-par.  Some of the plates have white spots and with others the finish is inconsistent and splotchy.  The thin stainless-steel tie-on wires have not been exposed to water and have not begun to oxidate. The zinc plates are 1.375" high x 3" wide.
